Gov. Howard Dean is speaking at Delaware State University today at 4pm. The event is sponsored by the DSU College Dems and is free and open to the public. If you don't have to work this afternoon (or can duck out without being caught) we highly recommend coming down to Dover to hear our great Chairman speak.
And you thought today was just another boring Wednesday in February!
